A few weeks ago, we went to a very a small town called Pine Bluff to visit the Arkansas Railroad Museum, which was really cool...lots of huge old engines and train cars, staffed by volunteer retired railroad men and women. As per typical, for our experience with Arkansas, we then realized the circus was in town, so we stuck around to see it. My childhood memories were much more grand, and I wonder if those are accurate memories or if the circus just isn't what it used to be. Simon LOVED it and there were some incredibly talented performers for sure. It was a terrific day!
